Description
This magnificent mezuzah is handmade by Israeli Judaica artist Ester Shahaf. Shahaf has become know for her imaginative eye and distinctive style. Made of pewter and wood, the mezuzah is hand-painted by the artist and beautifully decorated with Swarovski crystals, brass and copper accents. The dove at the bottom of the Mezuzah is a traditional symbol of peace. At the Hebrew letter Shin at the top stands for one of God's many sacred acronyms and for "Shomer Shomer Dlatot Israel", which means the protector of our gates.
