This marvelous piece is made by the renowned Israeli Judaica artist Ester Shahaf. Shahaf brings her own style to the ancient tradition. This Hamsa hand is made of aluminum, topped with 24K gold, painted with enamel and decorated with a Swarovski crystal. Hamsa hand is a main motif in the Judaism. It is believed to ward off the evil eye and protect from jealousy.
This hamsa is inscribed with a little Star of David and two lovely doves (the symbol of peace) which makes this pendant so special.
